Ziggy is a 5.5-month-old Great Dane puppy fostered in Pensacola, FL, with a personality as big as she is going to be. She arrived at the rescue alongside her mom, Zelda, and three siblings, and now she’s looking for her forever family. Ziggy is your classic blank-slate puppy—equal parts playful energy and snuggly downtime. Expect flourishes of zoomies around the yard followed by a pile of puppy naps. She gets along well with other dogs, especially her brother Zonks, and the two are a tight-knit sleeping duo. Ziggy pays close attention to older canines and is already learning when to dial back her exuberance. Although she’s still a pup, Ziggy is making good progress with house training and basic leash manners. She’ll do best with adopters who are patient and ready to continue her training. A home with another dog would be ideal so she can follow their lead and build confidence. Ziggy is charming, sweet, and eager to learn. She’s playful with toys and enjoys puppy nibbles, but above all, she loves to bond and snuggle with her people. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped.
