About Gemma
Gemma is settling beautifully into her foster home. She quickly made friends with the resident dog and enjoys meeting new people, showcasing her calm and low-key personality. Quite independent, she doesn’t demand attention, though she loves to cuddle and snuggle when she gets the chance. During her previous fostering in Mississippi, she displayed the same easygoing nature. While there's no information on how she interacts with cats or children, Gemma has been a calm companion to other dogs and shows no interest in squirrels or rabbits. She enjoys playtime with toys and shares them generously. Her house training is excellent, and she adapts well when left alone in a gated area. Though she rarely barks, she lets out the cutest excited whine when she knows it’s time for a walk or treats. Gemma walks well on a leash and would thrive in a fenced yard where she can explore off-leash. She’s heartworm negative and ready for a sleepover!
