Meet Chip V, a joyful beagle with a heart full of love for everyone he meets. This happy-go-lucky pup charms everyone with his delightful beagle howl and is always ready to make new friends. Chip gets along well with dogs and seems to have a natural affinity for children, making him a wonderful companion in a family setting. He enjoys long walks and is currently learning how to walk well on a leash, often with his nose glued to the ground as he explores new scents. Ideally, Chip would thrive with a fenced yard, but for now, he’s content with his daily strolls. At night, he’s settling nicely into crate life, peacefully sleeping without a peep and enjoying his meals there too. Though Chip has lots of energy, he manages to wind down quite well and loves to cuddle for long naps on his dog bed. He’s independent and doesn’t jump on furniture, yet he relishes lap time and affectionate scratches. Chip will be ready for adoption by the end of August, and while he’s currently heartworm positive, with some care, he will soon be ready for his forever home.
