About Cardi

Cardi is a lovely Beagle with a heart full of affection. Her purpose in life seems to be loving and being loved in return. She enjoys meeting new people and gets excited by even the smallest bit of attention. Cardi is happiest when she’s next to you, soaking up pets and scritches. While she plays well with the other dogs in her foster home, she appreciates her personal space and would thrive as the only dog in your home too. She’s made great strides in her house training and can be crated for up to six hours without accidents. Just a heads up, she’s food motivated and loves treats—especially those soft, meaty ones! Cardi is currently heartworm positive but is expected to recover well with treatment starting on October 1st, meaning she’ll be ready for her forever home shortly after. While she hasn't had much leash training yet, she enjoys running around her fenced yard.
