About Waffles
Waffles is a young, playful yellow Lab who just wants to be at the center of the action. This delightful 2-year-old male weighs around 75 lbs and has a short coat that's perfect for running around. He was rescued from the streets of Stockton where he had some tough times, but now he’s thriving and enjoying life at Diesel Ranch. His personality shines through with an energetic spirit and a love for belly rubs. While Waffles enjoys his fun and play, he also needs structure and guidance from his humans, especially since he can be a bit of a bulldozer. While he gets along well with other dogs, his exuberance means he might not be suitable for families with small children. Plus, Waffles is mostly house-trained, although he sometimes has late-night accidents when he doesn't get outside in time. Waffles loves to bounce around and is learning commands like "sit" and "stay." Though a little chaotic at times, he wants nothing more than to be a part of every activity. And, yes, he does have a surprisingly deep bark that makes sure his presence is known! Situated in Placerville, Waffles is waiting for an experienced owner who can keep up with his energy. He is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, and can't wait to find his forever home. Waffles is ready to warm your heart! What are you waiting for? Apply today!
