About Gandolf

What are you waiting for? Apply today! Gandolf is a charming 5-year-old dachshund/chihuahua mix who was rescued from a tough situation in Eastern Oklahoma. He came from a group of 16 dogs in desperate need, and now he's ready for a loving home after being cared for, vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and treated for everything he needed. With his short, beautiful gray, blue, silver, white, cream, and black coat, Gandolf weighs about 11 pounds and is an absolute sweetheart who craves attention and affection. Gandolf is very gentle and would do well as an only dog, but he also does fine with other dogs given a little time to adjust. Please note that Gandolf cannot be placed with cats. He might need a little help learning the ropes of house training and could benefit from a male diaper during his adjustment period. He is currently being fostered in Chickasha, OK. Some essential requirements for his adoption are a securely fenced yard (no wireless/invisible fences), a home visit, a vet reference, and all current pets must be spayed/neutered and up to date on heartworm prevention. If you are ready to make Gandolf part of your family, now is the perfect time to open your heart and home to this loving little boy. Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin!
