About Spencer
Spencer is a small, 2-year-old dachshund/chihuahua mix with a tough start in lifeārescued from a hoarding situation just before winter set in. He came in with a group of dogs that had never known regular care or affection, but despite all that, Spencer remains sweet and craves attention. He's now neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, treated for fleas, and ready to find out what it means to be loved. Spencer does well with other dogs but may need a little patience to fully adjust; heās never had much stability before. Heās best suited as the only dog or with other gentle dogs, but cannot go to a home with cats. Spencer isnāt house trained yet and may need a male wrap while he settles into home life.
