Brody came from a tough start—a group rescue from eastern Oklahoma when winter was coming, and he’d been left outdoors with little care. He’s a small dachshund/chihuahua mix, about 3-4 years old, jet black, and just 9 lbs. He’s been neutered, fully vaccinated, de-wormed, treated for fleas and ticks, tested heartworm negative, and is microchipped. Brody is still adjusting to indoor life and is absolutely starved for affection. He’ll soak up your attention and might need a male diaper until he settles into a regular routine as a family pet. He does well with other dogs after an introduction and would also be content as the only dog. He’s not at all cat-friendly, so no feline housemates.
