Eden
AvailableEden is a female mixed breed puppy with Akbash and Great Pyrenees background. She will be extra-large when fully grown and is already spayed. Raised in Whitewright, TX, Eden is used to a rural, livestock environment and is looking for a family to help her continue growing and learning.
About Eden
Eden started life in Central Texas, born in a pasture to an Akbash mom and likely Akbash or Great Pyrenees dad, right among goats and longhorn cattle. She grew up with working guardian dogs all around, so her instincts run deep. Since arriving at Bluebonnet, Eden and her siblings have received three rounds of vaccines, deworming, and stay current on preventives. By law, Eden is already spayed, but youāll need to finalize her adoption after sterilization if you take her home young. Eden can grow up as a family companion or be trained as a livestock guardianāeither way, sheāll need consistent guidance, structure, and room to grow. Potty and crate-training are next on her list, and if her role is with livestock, sheāll need time to learn boundaries (especially around play). She's met barn cats, but any new introductions with house cats need to be slow and watched. Eden gets along with other dogs and is used to sharing her space with goats and cattle, but she hasnāt met chickens yet. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
