About Corvinus
Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Meet Corvinus! This sweet boy has overcome a tough start and is now eagerly awaiting comfort and love in his next chapter. Initially, Corvinus found shelter life overwhelming, especially when it came to being leashed, likely because of painful, untreated eye issues. Once outside and able to relax, he revealed his friendly, affectionate side, soaking up attention and pets. In rescue care, Corvinus received the necessary entropion surgery to alleviate his discomfort, and the discovery of a long-term eye injury led to the removal of one eye, giving him true relief. He has been healing beautifully and, with pain behind him, is blossoming into a happy, content dog. Corvinus is a gentle soul who took his time adjusting to foster care, but once he trusted his people, his loving nature shone through. Calm and well-mannered, he responds well to guidance, enjoys snuggling with blankets and toys, and is especially fond of stealing socks. He gets along wonderfully with other animals, especially friendly dogs, and does well on walks and in his crate. Meal times, treats, belly rubs, and cuddles are some of his favorite things, and he is not shy about seeking affection from his humans. Corvinus would thrive in a caring, patient home, whether calm or active, and while he hasn’t met cats yet, he’s enjoyed the company of both mellow and playful dogs and is expected to do well with children as well. His sweet disposition and loving heart make him an ideal, loyal companion ready for his forever family. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
