Sarge is a one-year-old Catahoula Leopard Dog, born blind due to being a "double merle." His previous owner faced a housing change and was heartbroken to have to rehome him. Sarge's canine brother found a new home, but sadly, they did not want to adopt a blind dog. Now with a rescue partner in Danville, VT, we are hopeful that someone will foster or adopt this sweet boy. He's around 60 pounds and is fully vetted. Sarge is very social; he loves kids and is great with both dogs and cats. With his youthful energy, he will thrive best in a home with another dog to keep him company. He is house trained and ready to bring joy to a loving family.
