About Valentina

Valentina is a small black lab mix weighing around 35 pounds. Estimated to be just 1-2 years old, she was found severely emaciated and suffering from a badly injured front leg. When she arrived, she weighed only 15 pounds. After gaining weight and completing heartworm treatment, she underwent an amputation of her leg. Now, in her foster home in Vermont, she’s fully vetted and ready to find her forever family. Valentina is an incredibly sweet dog who gets along well with kids, cats, and other dogs. Though a bit timid, she shows no signs of aggression and is eager to be loved. If you’re looking for a companion with a gentle heart, Valentina could be the one for you.
