About Zeke

Zeke is a lively 2-year-old Goldendoodle, weighing in at a strong 85 lbs. His size became a challenge for his previous caregivers, who found him too energetic. During his foster care, he thrived while playing with other large dogs in a securely fenced yard, a must-have for him to channel his doodle energy safely. Zeke is an adventurous soul, loving puddles and possibly enjoying splashes in a pool or at the beach. He walks well on a leash and is becoming familiar with basic commands. He is both crate and house trained, making him a great addition to any home. He'll need a fence to keep him safe and busy. While having another large, playful dog around is beneficial, it’s not essential. Zeke would do best in a home without small dogs, cats, or children under 8, as he can be a bit clumsy with his size and enthusiasm. With some ongoing structure and boundaries, he will flourish. Grooming is a commitment every 4-6 weeks, so ensure you're prepared for that. Zeke is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, and heartworm negative. His adoption fee is $300. Give Zeke the home he deserves; he’s ready to bring joy and fun into your life!
