About Cocoa Bean

Meet Cocoa Bean! This little sweetheart is on a journey to happiness. At just 11 months old and weighing only 11 pounds, Cocoa Bean is fully vetted, spayed, and microchipped. She's incredibly gentle and is becoming stronger every day in her foster home. Found in critical condition, Cocoa Bean had a tough start—she was severely matted, had old bite wounds, and was infested with maggots. After emergency veterinary care, she entered a foster home, where she started her recovery process. She recently underwent surgery to remove her damaged left eye, and she's healing beautifully! Cocoa Bean might be a Brussels Griffon, though we’ll know more as her curly coat grows back. Now, she’s ready for a loving family to embrace her; her difficult past is behind her. Cocoa Bean gets along with dogs, but her history with cats and kids is unknown. Ready to make a new friend? Apply to adopt today!
