About Grimmy
They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply? Grimmy is a cheerful, sweet-natured small dog with a unique background. He was rescued from difficult circumstances, but his resiliency shines through every day. Grimmy’s personality is affectionate and playful—he loves sitting for attention and will wave his little arms in the air when he wants to be noticed. With his adorable underbite and scruffy long hair, he certainly turns heads! He's happiest when being carried or cuddled, but as he hasn't done much leash walking yet, some leash training will be needed if you'd like him to join you on walks. Grimmy is great with other small, gentle dogs and would thrive in a home with a well-mannered canine playmate. He gets along with dogs, cats, and children, making him an ideal family companion. His care and health are up to date—he's fully vaccinated, dewormed, flea-free, neutered, microchipped with lifetime registration, and on monthly heartworm prevention. Because of his small size and background, no doggie doors are permitted. Out-of-area adopters are welcome but must plan to meet him in person. If you’re ready to offer a gentle, loving home—especially one that appreciates a good cuddle—Grimmy may be the perfect fit. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
