Ross is a delightful rat terrier, around 7 or 8 years old, who faced an unfortunate fate at a central Valley shelter due to his refusal to soil his kennel. Thankfully, he was rescued just in time. This charming tricolored boy is fully house trained and safe around the home. Ross enjoys his crate, especially with the door open, allowing him the freedom to come and go. He gets along beautifully with other dogs and is friendly with everyone, including polite children. His foster mom praises him as a gem. While he does pull a bit on the leash, this is manageable with training. Ross enjoys car rides and is eager to join you on adventures. Though he can be a tad possessive of his toys, this behavior is understandable for a rescue dog adjusting to a new environment and can be easily addressed. Ross currently lives in foster care in Eugene, Oregon. His adoption fee is $200.
