About Maizey

Maizey turned up at Goodwill in Tacoma as a stray. After spending 30 days waiting to see if anyone would claim him, nobody came forward. He’s guessed to be some kind of decker giant rat terrier and basenji mix—the truth is, his breed combo is anyone’s guess unless you get a DNA test. Maizey is sweet-natured, relishes affection, and gets along well with other dogs. He’s also got a bit of a mischievous streak and always seems to be scouting for an exit, so he’s a definite flight risk who really needs secure fencing and good supervision. On the plus side, he’s good on the leash and has a playful side, especially when toys are involved. Not house trained yet, but eager for attention and fun. Click apply to start the adoption process.
