About Wagyu
Meet Wagyu! This 10-month-old purebred Australian Shepherd is searching for a special forever home with an experienced owner who understands the breed's needs. He’s incredibly smart and active, having completed a basic obedience group class. While Wagyu may show some stranger danger with a big, intimidating bark, he's a loving companion once he gets to know you. Wagyu does wonderfully with other dogs, gets along with cats, and has been great with children. Currently thriving in a foster home with a 1-year-old and a 4-year-old, he needs calm, confident leadership and thoughtful introductions to new people. This big foodie is a loyal friend, loves hiking, water, and doggy daycare. He’s housebroken and crate trained but needed an indestructible crate previously due to attempts to escape. Australian Shepherds require structure and plenty of mental and physical exercise. Wagyu's ideal owner will help build his confidence while providing an active lifestyle. If you have experience with Aussies and are ready for the commitment, Wagyu could be your perfect match. A meet and greet is required, so reach out if you're interested!
