About Piper
Meet Piper, currently fostered in Charlotte, NC, and now looking for a home in Ontario, CA. Piper blends high-energy antics with plenty of affection and strong nap skills. She’s happiest when she’s playing hard—tug-o-war and tennis balls are her favorites—and has a reputation for destroying even the toughest toys. When she’s not busy being a chaos goblin, she settles in for deep naps and loves to cuddle up. Piper is food motivated and sharp; she’s already mastered “sit” and is learning “down” and “stay.” She thrives with consistent routines and guidance. She’ll do best with someone who’s home often and committed to helping her grow and set boundaries. While Piper would love an active household, a dog-savvy and confident canine sibling would be great to help her learn the ropes. Because she’s both fast and adorably uncoordinated, a household with older kids is probably the best match. She’s crate trained and settles quickly, enjoys car rides (with bonus naps), and is still figuring out polite play with cats. As soon as she’s powered down from playtime, she transforms into a world-class snuggler. Piper is sweet, goofy, clever, and brimming with personality—ready to keep learning and growing with the right family. Your new best friend is just one click away.
