Living currently in Pensacola, FL, Stormy is up to date on all vaccinations and is just beginning her heartworm treatment, on a journey to becoming the healthy companion she was meant to be.
About Stormy
Meet Stormy! Stormy is a delightful 10- to 12-month-old harlequin Great Dane who adores everyone she meets. Full of puppy energy, she's playful and affectionate, always ready to brighten your day. If you're in the market for a goofy companion who brings joy and laughter, Stormy might be the one for you. Living in a foster home alongside other great Danes, she thrives on their company and engages in playful antics. Due to her energetic nature, she's best suited for a home with another large, active dog that can keep up with her spirited play. While she hasn’t lived with children, her friendly demeanor suggests she would get along well with older kids who understand her bouncy nature and size. Training is still a work in progress. Stormy's eager to please but needs guidance, patience, and some basic obedience training to help her reach her potential. Currently, she’s kennel-trained and spends her days in a large kennel while her foster dad works. Although she does pretty well with her schedule, like most puppies, she sometimes struggles during longer hours without potty breaks. A securely fenced yard is essential for her safety. Her curious nature could lead her to explore if given the chance. Once Stormy forms a bond, she becomes intensely loyal and follows her family closely. Leash walks are enjoyable for her, as she loves to accompany her humans wherever they go. Stormy's incredible journey began as a stray in Louisiana, where she faced significant struggles, but has now transformed into a vibrant, healthy pup. After gaining the care she needed, she’s just about ready for a forever home.
