About Erin

Meet Erin — The Fearless Fun-Seeker If there's a tall cat tree to scale, a toy to investigate, or a new adventure waiting to happen, Erin is already on it. Brave, playful, and endlessly curious, Erin approaches life with enthusiasm and a sparkle in her eye. She's the kind of kitten who turns ordinary moments into entertainment and somehow always keeps her siblings on their toes. Erin's story began last fall when her beautiful mama, Betha, appeared on the porch of a kind family in McCarley, Mississippi. Over time, they realized Betha was pregnant and trying to find a safe place to raise her babies. After Betha gave birth to six kittens — Patrick, Ronan, Finn, Brianna, Dana, and Erin — the family reached out for help, and Operation Colony Cats stepped in to bring everyone safely into foster care. Growing up together, each kitten developed their own personality. Patrick became the calm and steady big brother, Ronan turned into the adventurous explorer, Finn perfected the art of relaxation, Brianna embraced her bold social side, and Dana mastered the role of clever little troublemaker. Erin? Erin decided she'd be the fearless fun-seeker of the family. She loves climbing, zooming through play sessions, and enthusiastically checking out anything new. She's social, active, and would thrive in a home ready for kitten antics, laughter, and lots of interactive play. And while she may be busy conquering the world during the day, she's still a sweet girl who enjoys affection and companionship too. If you're looking for a confident, entertaining kitten with a huge personality and an adventurous spirit, Erin is ready to write her next chapter with you. Everybody loves kittens, and it's easy to see why! Kittens four months old or younger are only adopted out in pairs or to homes that already have a friendly, playful resident cat. Young kittens simply do not thrive in isolation, and we do not make exceptions. If you're looking for a single cat, please look to our older kittens, teens, or adults. They're wonderful companions and fully ready to be your one-and-only. All of the Sweet Paws animals are loved a great deal by their rescuers, fosters, and the volunteers who've cared for them along the way. Your kitten will be up to date on appropriate vaccinations by adoption day, but please keep in mind that kittens require multiple routine vet visits throughout the course of their first year. Sweet Paws is staffed by volunteers, and processing applications is time intensive; therefore, we ask that you only submit an application if you are fully committed to adopting.
