Gus is a small Bichon mix who was recently surrendered and is still adjusting to all the changes in his world. At just a year and a half old and about 15 pounds, he’s a compact little guy with soft curls and a gentle personality. Right now Gus is a very shy dog who is taking things in slowly as he learns that he is safe. New environments can be overwhelming for sensitive dogs, and Gus will need a patient home that understands it may take him a little time to build confidence and trust. With kindness, routine, and a calm environment, he has every chance to settle in and become a devoted companion.
