Heās social and lively, happy to join in whatever the humans are doing. Put Lewis in a new place and heāll size things upāhe may act a little puffed up at first, but with a bit of time, turns into a friendly, fun dog. At the shelter, Lewis has gotten along well with other dogs. When passing through the cat room, he hasnāt paid much attention to the cats, though slow, thoughtful introductions are always smart in a new setting. Because he came in as a stray, thereās no info on his house training or life before. Heāll thrive in a home that can give him a reliable routine and lots of positive encouragement.
