About Koda
Koda is a lively 2-year-old Mastiff/Husky mix, weighing around 80 pounds. Anyone familiar with these breeds knows they pack a lot of personality, and Koda is no different. He recently returned to us not through any fault of his own; his previous home had issues with the resident dog that made coexistence unsafe. Koda embodies the phrase "the best boy." He’s a true Velcro dog, wanting to stay close to his people at all times. He follows you from room to room and is always eager to learn. With impressive skills like "sit pretty," this guy is also house trained and takes walks like a champ on a Gentle Leader. He enjoys running and is always up for a new adventure. Having lived with a three-year-old child, Koda formed a strong bond and was described as loving and gentle. Though he had a history with another dog and respected their space, the ongoing conflicts at home resulted in his return. Koda isn't suited for homes with cats due to his strong interest in them. He’s neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccines, and has been treated for Lyme disease. Koda is waiting for someone who can appreciate his adventurous spirit and loving personality. Let's make this a happy chapter for him. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
