Rex is an approximately 18-month-old Beagle who arrived with his brother Luke after their owner could no longer afford to keep them. Rex weighs about 35 pounds and is a sturdy little guy who is still settling in and learning the routines around him. Rex came in a bit scared, which isn’t unusual when everything in life suddenly changes. With a few days to decompress, he has begun relaxing and showing his gentle nature. As he continues to settle in, we expect his personality to come out more and more. Rex has done well meeting other dogs so far and would likely do best in a home that can offer patience, structure, and time to adjust. Rex has been neutered, microchipped, dewormed, brought current on vaccines, and treated with monthly flea/tick and heartworm prevention.
