About Duchess Fiona!
Introducing Duchess Fiona! She’s a small Chihuahua mix, weighing in at 14 lbs and around 2 years old. Duchess Fiona came to her foster with three older pups in tow and soon after surprised everyone with another litter of 7. She handled motherhood beautifully and is ready to leave her baby-raising days behind for a home of her own. Duchess Fiona enjoys neighborhood walks and is working on her basic obedience. She latches on to her people and wants to stay close, plus she settles in for car rides without a fuss. Fiona gets along well with other dogs both big and small, though she can get a little bossy—her foster redirects her easily. She’s potty trained if kept on a solid routine, sleeps quietly in her crate at night, and loves to join you on the couch for a snuggle. She does need slow introductions with new people, so a home without children is ideal. She would thrive with a small yard or larger, daily routines and boundaries, continued training, walks, and especially the company of another small, playful dog. Ready to fall in love?
