Harley is an adorable adolescent pup (her birthday is 6/07/2025) who was surrendered to ACCTPhilly with her brother by her people on Feb 19, 2026 after being attacked by the other dogs in the home when they got into a battle over a bone. We pulled her from the shelter timestamp and she has blossomed in our care. Harley has come a long way! She has shown she is extremely sweet with everyone she meets. She will likely always be a bit more worried about the world than most dogs, but in the short time we have known her, her confidence has already greatly improved! She will benefit from a home with someone who can provide her with solid structure, love and ideally a confident dog (or two) to model “being a dog” to her. She LOVES toys and chews and goes through a heavy rotation of favorites here with us. She is gentle with cats (though is still learning to leave cats who run from her alone). Cats who do not run will be sniffed down and invited to play, and when they do not reciprocate her invitation, she will move on to her toys and let them be. She currently is in foster care with two small dogs that she absolutely adores but who are two small to do zoomies and play with. She is very respectful of them and loves to hang out with them napping, going for walks and just generally being in a pack with them. She would benefit from being with a dog (or dogs) she can play with and zoom around with.
