Prada is ready for adoption! Prada is a 3-year-old bully breed weighing 67 lbs, and she is truly the total package. She started out as a loved house pet, but when a new baby was born, her life changed. She was put outside, where she lived either on a chain or free-roaming with other animals on a farm. Eventually, she was surrendered to the shelter. Now, after some time in foster care, she is more than ready to find her forever home. Prada is fully housebroken. Even in a new environment, and will let you know when she needs to go out. She is crate trained and sleeps quietly through the night in her crate. She’s great in the car and seems to really enjoy the ride. On leash, she does well. She is strong, but takes corrections easily. Prada has a medium energy level. She’s happy to go on long walks, but also loves to cuddle and relax with her people. A fenced yard is not required since she is very people-oriented, but she would absolutely enjoy having a space to run freely. She is extremely dog friendly and enjoys the company of dogs of all sizes. That said, she would also be perfectly happy as the only dog, as her main focus is being with her humans. Prada has passed initial cat testing but has never lived with cats. She is kid-friendly, however due to her strength, we recommend a home with children 7 years and up. She is incredibly loving and sweet. She just wants to be part of whatever you’re doing. While she loves attention, she is also perfectly okay being alone when needed. Prada truly is a happy-go-lucky dog with no issues. She has been tested with 7+ dogs of all types and personalities and has done amazing with all of them. She is currently working on basic manners like sitting, pulling less on the leash, and not jumping for attention. She is just so happy to say hello!
