About Luke In Oh
Luke is an adorable Pyr and Border Collie mix who’s ready to find his forever home! This playful, inquisitive pup is bursting with medium-to-high energy and brings endless joy and enthusiasm to everything he does. Luke is leash trained, crate trained, and learning to sit. He is incredibly eager to please and picks things up with the kind of enthusiasm only a happy young pup can bring. Luke is a true people-lover! He has been wonderful with everyone he's met, from teenagers to elderly visitors, and he absolutely thrives on human connection. Whether you're relaxing on the couch or puttering around the yard, Luke wants to be right there with you. He goes absolutely wild for belly scratches and ear rubs, and will happily wriggle between your legs just to soak up a little extra affection. And if you really want to make his day? A little peanut butter will send this boy straight to heaven! When it comes to his fellow four-legged friends, Luke has done beautifully living alongside the large resident dogs, and he loves romping outside and playing with his littermates. He's not a digger, which is always a bonus, and while he loves outdoor adventures, he's equally happy curled up inside getting pets and attention. Luke's ideal home would be with an active family with at least one other playful, energetic dog to keep him company. Because he's still a bouncy youngster who loves to play, he'd do best with older children who can handle his exuberant greetings. A 5’ securely fenced yard will keep this curious boy safe during his outdoor adventures. If you're looking for a sweet, devoted, fun-loving companion who will shower you with pure joy and affection, Luke just might be your perfect match! For puppies under six months old, the applicant’s ability to socialize the puppy with older dogs is a priority.
