Meet Blossom — a sweet, fluffy Great Pyrenees girl who is ready to bloom in a loving forever home! Born in December 2025, this beautiful pup came into rescue alongside her five siblings after being found on a Tennessee farm where these pups received very little love or attention. But just like her namesake, Blossom has truly come into her own since then, making tremendous strides in trust and confidence with every passing day. Like a flower that takes a little time to open, Blossom can be shy at first — but once she knows you're on her side, she becomes your most devoted best buddy. Her journey from a difficult start to the bright, playful girl she is today is nothing short of remarkable, and she deserves all the sunshine a good home can offer. Blossom is housebroken and crate trained, making her an all-around wonderful pup to live with. She's even figured out her own little self-care routine — when the world gets to be a bit much, she trots off to her crate for a cozy nap! This girl loves to play, dig, and get gloriously muddy! Give her a bath and she'll be back outside rolling in the dirt before you can grab the towel. For this reason, Blossom's forever home should include a male dog playmate to romp and adventure with, a secure 5-foot fence to keep her safely contained, and an adult around most of the time, as she truly thrives on positive attention and companionship. While Blossom does well with young children, she would likely flourish best with quieter, older children who can appreciate her gentle yet playful spirit — the kind of kids who want a loyal, soulful companion to share long lazy afternoons and backyard adventures with. If your home is ready for a little more joy, a little more dirt, and a whole lot of heart, Blossom is ready to plant herself right in the middle of your life! Please fill out the application on our website and we will contact you. HTTPS://NATIONALPYR.ORG/ADOPTION-APPLICATION/ Due to the high level of interest we can't respond to emails unless an application has been submitted. Our goal is to assess every application on its own merits. Key considerations are: 1) the experience of the applicant with large breed dogs 2) children in the household or regularly visiting the household are ready for a large-breed dog who is a guardian by nature (www.nationalpyr.org/know-the-breed) and 3) the sex of other dogs currently residing in the household to avoid same-sex aggression issues. For puppies under six months old, the applicant’s ability to socialize the puppy with older dogs is a priority. Secure VISIBLE fencing is required; invisible fencing WILL NOT contain this breed.
