I'm Ollie, a 22-pound Beagle and Pug mix with a spunky personality and a big love for the world around me! I absolutely enjoy being outside where I can watch everything going on - I like to keep an eye on all the action and take in every sight and smell. I know my name and am always happy when someone calls me over for attention, because being loved on is one of my favorite things. I can feel a little unsure if someone approaches me too quickly, but when people move at my pace and give me a moment to warm up, I relax and show my sweet, affectionate side. Once I'm comfortable, my playful personality really comes out! I get the zoomies and zip all around the room, then happily hop up next to you - or right into your lap - to soak up even more affection. I'd benefit from continued socialization and confidence-building to help me feel even more secure in new situations, but overall I'm a very sweet, well-mannered boy who just wants to be close to my people. With patience, love, and a little encouragement, I'll be a loyal companion who brings fun energy, cuddles, and lots of happy moments to your home. My adoption fee of $225+tax covers the cost of my care and stay here at the humane society. All Pennington County residents must also pay an additional $8 licensing fee at time of adoption.
