Hi there, I'm Jazzy, a 25-pound Terrier mix with a thoughtful heart and a spunky streak once you get to know me. I can be a little cautious when meeting new people, and if introductions feel too fast, I might get startled and bark to let you know I'm unsure. I feel much more comfortable when you come down to my level and let me approach at my own pace. While I'm settling in, I may seem independent as I take time to observe and explore every little detail around me. Once I'm comfortable, my fun personality really shines! I love attention and happily soak up affection, especially after I've decided you're part of my circle. Being outside is one of my favorite things, and I have a blast playing rough with my sister, Nina - someone has to keep her in check, after all! I sit so politely for food and treats, and my curious nature keeps life interesting. I'm truly a sweet girl who just needs a little patience at first, and then I'll be your lively, loving companion. My adoption fee of $225+tax covers the cost of my care and stay here at the humane society. All Pennington County residents must also pay an additional $8 licensing fee at time of adoption.
