About Remo
Remo is a gentle giant, both in stature and heart. With a history that speaks to his resilience, he was rescued after being spotted on the edge of a cat colony. Timid at first, Remo found comfort burrowing into his bedding, which earned him the nickname Remo Burrito. Over time, he's shown his true nature: a sweet, calm cat who thrives surrounded by other cats. Remo flourishes when he's around feline friends, so he needs a home with another cat or to be adopted with a companion. He’s quick to snuggle with feline buddies and shares his affections freely. Remo has also warmed up to people, gently nudging hands for attention and even enjoying being held more than he ever thought possible. While he can be nervous at first, patience and a quiet introduction will reveal his affectionate, loyal side. Remo would do best with a cat-savvy family who understands not every cat is outgoing right away. His adaptability suggests he'd adjust well in a variety of homes, especially if introductions are handled thoughtfully. At 4.5 years old and a Libra, he brings balance and harmony to the household. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, flea-treated, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. Remo is ready to be the reason another cat—and you—feel right at home. Ready to fall in love?
