No one knows exactly how old Wanda is, but she has very sweet, slightly grumpy old lady vibes. Her favorite thing is cuddling in bed and getting head pets. She will hurry to bed if she sees you coming, and she will head butt you until you pet her. Wanda loves to lay on pillows (and sometimes in a spare low-sided cardboard box) and she will give you a grumbly meow if you have to move her. More recently she's been showing her silly zoomy side as she gets comfortable in her foster home. Wanda seems to be a bit arthritic and has some trouble jumping onto beds and couches, so she would love the help of some cat stairs, although she has no problem with human stairs or running around. She is doing well on monthly Solensia injections for this. Wanda would do best as the only cat in the house, and might be amenable to respectful children. She can be a bit shy initially, but will open up after her 1-2 days of hiding in spot that feels safe to her. She is a sensitive little lady and can get overstimulated at times - she would prefer to reside in a quiet, calm home environment where Wanda can relax and enjoy the good life. Wanda is estimated to be somewhere around 7.5 years old, but as we know a true lady never tells her age! She has been spayed, dewormed, flea treated, microchipped, vaccinated, and has tested FIV/FeLV-. She also received a dental and an echocardiogram to check out a heart murmur detected by the vet.
