About Lollie

Lollie is an approximately 9 month old female Catahoula Curr mix who weighs approximately 30 lbs. Lollie is a wonderfully happy go lucky pup, who makes friends with every dog she sees. She absolutely loves to play for hours. Playing and chasing around her multiple furry friends at her foster mom's house. Lollie knows her basic commands like sit, come and we are working on stay as she feels we always need her help. Lollie is still in the exploring and learning phase of development. With proper supervision and crate training she will begin to realize healthy boundaries and that she isn't in charge. She loves children of all ages however she has shown way to much interest in cats and chickens. So a home without would probably be best. She loves to free ride in the car and go on long walks. She is a very energetic girl so an active family would be ideal. Lollie would make a wonderful addition to your home !! Oh, and you must love kisses because she has tons to share! Lollie rescue story…… Lollie was rescued as a little tiny puppy wandering on Hill Street in Louisiana. She was picked up by a man who later reached out to Cafa as he could no longer keep her. Adoption details: In some instances, a meet and greet is not possible before adoption unless we have a foster home in New England available. Available for a Meeting confirms the dog is in a NE Foster home and available for a meeting in the city state provided. Most times our dogs get adopted before a foster home becomes available - and if so, they go straight to the adopters home. Foster parents talk to adopters and feel confident that this will be a match before our dogs are transported up. Also if by some chance it is not a match we have a safety net in place as we ask that adopters to let us know that it is not a match and we direct you to take the dog to a foster home or boarding kennel once that is arranged. If necessary, we will ask you to foster the dog until a foster home can be arranged.
