About Hollywood
If you wish your life had more cat chirping, Hollywood is ready to deliver. She comments on every bird outside, every phone ring, and even the occasional sneeze. Her quirky chatter—part akkakakakakka, part excited greeting—brings energy to quiet moments. Hollywood was discovered along with her family, tucked away in a wood pile. After plenty of foster care, she’s made good progress but still leans toward the shy side. She thrives in routines, especially when dinnertime comes around. Food motivates her deeply; she greets her person at the door, twines around legs, and meows until dinner is served, especially if it’s churu treats. While she’s reserved at first, with patience and a predictable home, she gradually comes out of her shell. She stays soft-spoken unless she’s bird-watching or playing with wand toys and laser pointers. Her fur is famously plush, and she’s both a napper and an active player. Hollywood likes gentle company and another calm, friendly cat for companionship. She’d do best in an adult home or one with older, cat-savvy children who won’t rush her. She is spayed, current on all vaccines, FIV/FeLV negative, and microchipped. Please note: She was exposed to a cat who later developed FeLV, but Holly herself has repeatedly tested negative and is now vaccinated for extra safety. Future adopters should consider retesting periodically, especially if there are other cats at home. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
