Hi there, Im Axel your future best friend. Im a young, handsome pup with show-stopping green eyes and the best pointy ears youve ever seen seriously, people tell me that all the time! But what really makes me special is my big personality. Im bursting with charm, smarts, and playful energy. Life is one big adventure to me, and Im ready to explore it all with you by my side! I LOVE to play like, it might be my favorite thing ever. Indoors, outdoors, wherever the toys are, Im ready! Nylabones, frisbees, stuffies you name it, Ill chase it. I kind of play fetch (were working on the bringing it back part), but honestly, Im just having a blast out there. Walks are super fun too! Im still learning leash manners, but Im making great progress with a little help from my humans. Once Ive gotten my zoomies out, I love to recharge with a nap maybe curled up next to you on the couch, or basking in the sunshine in the yard. I dont even mind my kennel! I go in easily for a treat, nap quietly while youre gone, and sleep soundly through the night. I havent always had a stable home, so Im still learning whats expected of me but Ive already come such a long way! I know sit and shake really well, and Im learning no and my name. Im doing awesome with potty training too! Im a smart guy and very food-motivated, so with consistency and love, Ill keep getting better every day. I do have lots of puppy energy, and Im still figuring out how to play nicely without getting too rough. My foster parents say Ive already improved a ton, but Ill need a family who will keep setting boundaries and helping me grow into my best self. Right now, I live with two dogs and a cat. I LOVE playing with the dogs, especially the ones who help me understand how to play the right way. Id do best in a home with a young, playful dog whos confident and patient. As for cats and small pets I just get too excited and dont realize my own strength, so Id do best in a home without them. Ive met some kids and thought they were awesome! But because Im still learning how to be gentle, Id do better with older kiddos who are used to energetic dogs like me. Meeting new people is one of my favorite things Im all about the pets, praise, and treats! I cant wait to find a forever family whos ready for fun, adventure, and a whole lot of love.
