My life took a wild turn when my amazing foster mom found me on a freezing November morning. There I was, dragging a leash, searching for warmth and maybe a snack (because priorities, right?). I mustve been outside for a while because I was a bit of a mess bad fleas, a not-so-great smell, and definitely in need of some TLC. But my foster mom? Shes a superhero. She and a friend got me cleaned up, flea-free, and feeling like a million bucks! I wasnt chipped, and no one came looking for me, so Save-A-Bull swooped in to help me find my forever family. Honey and I GO HARD with playtime, zoomies, and all-out wrestling matches. Ive also spotted the neighbor dogs through the fence, and lets just say I know wed be besties if we got to meet! My foster mom is teaching me my name (though I hear a lot of nicknamesBoo Boos, Boo Bear, Booty Boo I answer to all of them). Squirrel patrol captain I take my job very seriously. If you need a buddy to keep an eye on those sneaky backyard critters, Im the one for the job. Like many dogs who have had a rough start, I have developed some resource guarding around toys and my kennel Im learning that I dont need to protect what I love. Im currently working on this with my foster mom and am showing improvement with consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement. I would do best in a home with dog-savvy adults who are willing to continue working with me. I may do best being the only pet for now, or with a calm, respectful dog companion, depending on the home setup. My foster is happy to guide you through whats been working for me so far.
