About Nyla
Nyla is a three-year-old Australian Shepherd/Husky mix who survived the North Central LA shelter. She’s leash savvy and at ease around other dogs, showing a balanced temperament—happy to be affectionate, but content on her own. Nyla is a working dog at heart, so she thrives with someone willing to offer clear guidance and structure. Despite plenty of cozy options, Nyla prefers the coolness of a hardwood floor, which says a lot about her independent streak. She’s not a fit for homes with cats or young kids, given her instincts to herd and chase. If you’re seeking a smart partner who’s calm and athletic, but not needy, Nyla might be exactly what you need. Your new best friend is just one click away.
