MEET SCRUFFY!! Scruffy was dumped outside of the shelter and it took the shelter staff an hour to catch him!! He was scared the first day at the overflowing shelter so he ended up on the pre- euthanasia list! Scruffy is of the Norfolk Terrier persuasion and is about 2 years old, 16lbs and a little low rider! Scruffy is a very sweet boy and is calm! He is housetrained and did well in a crate!! Scruffy gets along great with other dogs! He likes dogs close to his size.
