About Winter
Meet Winter—a short-legged, snuggly little guy with a gentle, sweet nature. Winter was rescued after enduring cold nights outdoors but now enjoys the warmth and safety of indoor life. He’s settled quickly into a home routine, showing a calm, friendly personality and a real knack for cuddling. At around 1 1/2 years old, Winter has left his days of roaming the streets behind him and is ready for a place on the couch (or bed) with his new person. Winter gets along easily with other dogs, cats, and children, making him a great fit for many households. His size keeps him agile and low to the ground—classic low-rider charm. After all he’s been through, what he wants most is a steady companion to share blankets and lazy afternoons. Adoption is limited to homes in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, and a one-week home trial is included so everyone can be sure it’s a good match. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
