Meet Riley! This friendly 10-month-old Papillon mix has charmed his way into our hearts despite having a rough start as a stray. We’re not sure how he ended up alone, but thankfully, someone took the time to feed him and help him on his journey to finding a loving home. Riley tips the scales at about 12 pounds and has a delightful medium coat that accentuates his fox-like appearance. He’s sociable and greets new friends with kisses on the first meeting! His sweet personality and charm are undeniable, making him a true gem. Riley needs an adopter who has another dog and can provide a stable environment—no large dogs or apartments, please.
