About Sadie
Start your journey together! Apply now. Sadie is a lively and affectionate 1-year-old, 65-pound spayed female German Shepherd/Husky mix who is looking for her forever home. She is friendly, playful, and curious, making her a joy to have around. Sadie loves everyone she meets—including young children—and has been gentle and engaged with her caretakers’ grandkids. She gets along well with other dogs, both in the household and in the neighborhood, and particularly enjoys time with her little Yorkie friends. However, Sadie has never been around cats, so she will do best in a home without them. Though energetic and playful, Sadie is also content to settle at your feet once she’s had a chance to run and play, especially with her favorite balls and squeaky toys. She enjoys car rides and is a calm, happy passenger. Sadie is considered house trained as she does not relieve herself in her indoor sleeping area. She’s currently living on a property where she gets plenty of exercise off-leash, so leash walking will be a new adventure for her. Her ideal family can give her the time, love, and activity she needs. Sadie is up to date on vaccinations and in excellent health. She’s available with her littermate Blaze, and while they can be adopted together or separately, it would be wonderful if they could remain together. Sadie is currently located in Cloverdale, CA, and there is a $100 adoption fee; if you adopt both Sadie and Blaze, the total fee is $150. Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today.
