About Charlie
Click apply to start the adoption process. Charlie is an adorable young Labrador Retriever mix, born in mid-April 2023. He is extremely cute and affectionate, boasting a glossy black short coat and an energetic, bouncy personality that is sure to bring joy to your home. Charlie is not just playful and spirited—he’s also very smart and a fast learner, always eager to please and pick up new tricks like a typical young Lab! While Charlie’s enthusiasm is infectious, he sometimes shows shyness, especially when being corrected, so patience and gentle guidance will help him thrive. The perfect family for Charlie is one ready to embrace the active lifestyle of a young Lab and willing to invest in training and engagement. He’ll be happiest with people who include him in day-to-day activities, as he loves being part of the family. A secure fenced yard is ideal for his curious nature, and having another young or middle-aged dog as a friend would be a huge bonus. Charlie is crate-trained, housebroken, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations, heartworm negative and on preventative, making him an easy addition to most homes.
