About Comet
Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started. Comet is a lovable puppy with a calm temperament and a heart full of sweetness. Thought to be a Black Lab Mix, this adorable boy was born on May 18th, making him a gentle Taurus known for his loyal and affectionate personality. At just five months old and weighing 26lbs, his adult size remains a mystery—his future family must be comfortable loving him no matter how big he grows! Comet stands out for his intelligence and quick learning abilities. He is alert, playful, yet surprisingly calm for such a young pup. After being rescued from an overcrowded shelter in Kentucky, Comet has proven himself to be happy, gentle, and eager to embrace a brighter future. Comet is extremely sociable and enjoys the company of other dogs, especially young or middle-aged ones. His ideal home includes a secure, fenced yard and possibly another playful canine companion. His new family should be ready to channel his puppy energy through training and dedication, helping him become the best version of himself. Crate trained and working diligently on his house manners, Comet is up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations, is on heartworm preventative, and is microchipped. His adoption also includes his neuter procedure. Local families in the NW suburbs of Chicago are invited to open their hearts and home to this sweet puppy.
