About Kenya
Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! Kenya is a delightful puppy believed to be a Black Lab mix, radiating intelligence, alertness, and boundless energy. At about 5 months old and weighing roughly 25 lbs, she sports an adorable stocky build. While her full-grown size is an estimate, she’s expected to reach around 45 lbs when mature. Kenya came to her foster rescue from an overcrowded Kentucky shelter, and her gentle, calm, and sociable personality quickly shined through. Her playful spirit makes her a great match for families with active lifestyles or another young or middle-aged pup. Kenya’s enthusiasm might be a tad much for more senior dogs or people, but her friendly nature is sure to win over anyone who meets her. This lovable girl is crate-trained and currently learning house manners, with all her age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, and heartworm prevention up to date. Her adoption fee includes her spay. Kenya is ready for a family committed to puppy training and ready to welcome all her love and energy—ideally in a home with a fenced yard and lots of playtime. Fun fact: With a birthday around March 10, Kenya is a Pisces—a zodiac sign known for its inherent sweetness and adaptability! Make their next chapter their best one yet.
