That experience left her frightened, skittish, and unsure of the world around her. Never aggressive, just scared. After five months in loving care, Macy is slowly learning that life can be good! She is incredibly sweet, gentle, and even shows off a silly side when playing with toys! She may still shy away when approached, but when given her own safe space and allowed to move at her own pace, she happily welcomes gentle affection. MACY'S DREAM HOME Macy isn't looking for a busy household or a packed social calendar. She's happiest with familiar surroundings, predictable routines, and a cozy bed to call her own. She would be a wonderful companion for an experienced dog owner who appreciates a quieter, lower-energy lifestyle. Once comfortable, she might even enjoy peaceful leashed walks in quiet places.
