About Branson

Branson is currently in foster care in Houston, Texas and ready for his forever home. This playful boy, about one year old and weighing 14 lbs, has a thick, soft grey and white coat and a charming curly tail that wags with excitement. Branson is high energy and loves to chase friends during playtime. However, he can overwhelm smaller dogs who don’t share his enthusiasm. While he enjoys playful antics, he also loves to sit at your feet and recharge when it’s time to relax. He does have some puppy-like nipping tendencies, so he is not suitable for homes with young children. Branson is mostly house trained but may need some refresher training. He’ll thrive best in a fully fenced yard and would enjoy living with another dog that matches his playful spirit, or he can be happy as an only dog. The adoption fee is $500, and please note that Branson needs a home with experienced dog owners and no children under 8 years old. All dogs in our rescue are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccines, including rabies and Canine Influenza. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
