This little lady joined rescue after her owner passed away, and while she came in a bit overweight, her foster family has been dedicated to helping her slim down. Loretta is full of personality! She enjoys a relaxed day but also has a playful side, particularly when it comes to her beloved Nylabones. A true foodie at heart, she adores sharing apples with her foster mom—don't be surprised if she nudges you for a taste. Although not a constant cuddler, she likes to stay nearby, and who knows? With the right person, she may become a little more affectionate. She's relatively quiet, barking only when she has a request or if she's scolding another dog. Loretta gets along well with most small dogs, as long as they’re not too noisy. She’s comfortable in her crate and appreciates having designated safe space, though she would thrive in a situation where she is the only pet. Loretta is pee pad trained, up to date on her vaccinations, spayed, microchipped, and heartworm negative, with ongoing prevention in place. Loretta's adoption fee is $300.
