Meet Whitt, a charming senior tricolor Chihuahua looking for his forever home. Although he was found on a construction site without identification, he is believed to be over ten years old and weighs 5.6 pounds. Whitt is incredibly affectionate once he bonds, often becoming your constant shadow. He may walk a little differently, but this spirited little guy is fully mobile and has a knack for tracking down his foster mom whenever he needs her. Lounge time under blankets is his favorite, but don’t be surprised if he perks up at the sound of a treat bag. He's a quick study and usually warms up to strangers with a tasty offering. He gets along well with other small dogs, but his comfort level with children or cats remains unknown. Whitt is house trained as long as he’s let out regularly, though he does mark occasionally; thankfully, a belly band helps with that when he’s alone. Though Whitt has luxating patellas and heart issues, he's still quite active and enjoys running around with his foster siblings. He may need ongoing joint support as he ages, but he's a resilient little fighter. Fully vetted, neutered, and microchipped, Whitt is heartworm negative and up to date on vaccinations.
